"I want to take them and catch them as soon as possible and then we'll try and get the next one after that if we can."

"We've said to the boys lets try and give a run until the end of the season.

"We need that for the club. Even if we can't get into the playoffs this year we need to put a marker down for next season."

Laws says settled side is key to Owls success

Sheffield Wednesday manager Brian Laws believes a settled team is the main reason for the clubs up-turn in form.

The Owls have lost just one of their last seven games and Laws says the players are making his team selections easy:

"Because you're putting in the effort and it's an easy team to pick.

"They're making my job very is easy and I hope they make it easy from now until the end of the season."

Rovers want a good friday for O'Connor

Doncaster Rovers manager Sean O'Driscoll says defender James O'Connor has an outside chance of being fit for friday's game at Yeovil.

"He's fine, he's back running.

"If we can just get over that soreness he's got an outside chance for Yeovil."
