|  | The 10th Red Nose Day here! This year's theme is Big Hair and Beyond - changing the way you look a little to transform someone's life a lot- so by now you should be all red nosed up and raring to go...

 | |  | Comic Relief is about having fun and making the world a better place. The organisation raises money and then uses it to help end poverty and unfairness. It works in the UK and also in the poorest countries in the world. You can tell us what you're doing to raise some dosh for Comic Relief by filling in the form below and we'll add it to our Comic Relief events guide.
We also want you to send in photos of your events and your transformations. So if you've quiffed, spiked, shaved or coloured your mane, send us a photo and we'll include it in our photo gallery!

| ISLAND CHALLENGE - PORT SOLENT | | Phil Sharp has been marooned on a tiny man made island in Port Solent marina for 2 weeks in isolation in the freezing weather with just a tiny tent and a series of silly challenges. He comes off the island on Friday. |

| RED NOSES ON FERRIES! | | Red Funnel are putting Massive Red noses on all of our boats. Staff are doing Windscreen cleaning for customers and Mangers going 'Back to the floor. There's also an individual sponsored silence in the call centre. |

| WIGS, FACE PAINTS & MUSIC! | | An evening of music and comedy for Comic Relief at Central Hall in Southampton from 7.30-9.30 pm. The night will feature a number of local choirs, dancers, singers and comic performers. Wigs, face paints and posh frocks are desirable but not essential - prize for the best child and adult makeover! Free tickets available from Ken Ford, Central Hall, St Mary's Street, Southampton. |

| SCARY HAIR! | | The UKSPI, a paranormal research organisation in Southampton are planning a charity event at Southampton's Tudor House for comic relief. Each team has been asked to do the wackiest hair styles for Comic Relief. In addition to that each member will have to try and spend an hour in the scariest room in the house alone! They are currently doing sponsors for the event as well as money boxes with the hope of raising money for Comic Relief. |

| HOT AND SPICY HAIR! | | Students at Portsmouth College will be taking part in a chomp comp, in a Red Nose Day warm-up on Thursday 10 March – Chilli Pepper and Chile Con Carne will be on the menu! Phew – we wish them luck and plenty of water…! |

| BED HAIR! | | The staff of the News in Portsmouth will be taking part in a 24 HOUR "sleepover" OUTSIDE the News Centre in Hilsea, Portsmouth from 5pm Thursday 10 March to 5pm 11 March in order to raise money for Red Nose Day. Everyone will be dressed in pyjamas and they are going to install a web cam so that the whole event can be viewed via the website www.portsmouth.co.uk . |
