I'm a friend of Andy's and would love to watch the film. Real One player refuses to play it though - and I've updated it (I'm an IT manager so I know a bit about PC's) What a shame this is let down by the technology.

Jim, Both streams seem to work fine for us here and comments are coming in? Would be interested to hear if anyone else has had problems, Dave, BBC Southampton
