Jealousy - Programme 1
Follow the real-life story of Kelly, whose jealous rows with her boyfriend Nick drive her to tears and violence. Then there's Val, a warm and personable OAP who stalks her ex-husband. And Gordon who made the devastating discovery that his children are not his own. Through his story, we discover that a moderate amount of natural jealousy may offer a healthy evolutionary advantage.
Anger - Programme 2
When love turns to anger, can anything good come of it? Steph and Mike are an attractive couple whose happiness is destroyed by Steph's frequent bursts of anger. This programme reveals their arguments and the unusual therapy they use to try and hold the family together. Meanwhile, Pauline calls off her wedding after finding out that her fiancé, Dean, has been unfaithful - three times. Through their stories we discover that anger can sometimes ease the pain of a difficult break-up.
Desire - Programme 3

Jane craves the thrill of each new infatuation. We also meet Richard who tore his family apart with one moment of passion. Finally watch Ken's quest to find his childhood sweetheart and discover the surprising science behind the power of first love.
