The petitioners saying that a fair representation is not given to the Muslims in the P-Tom ask to issue an order to the effect that their fundamental rights have been violated. The petitioners said the majority of people affected by tsunami in the north and east are Muslims which is 41%. Out of disappeared people 34% are Muslims, out of displaced people 32% are Muslims and out of injured people 49% are Muslims.
