Directed by Goldie Behl, Drona introduces yet another superhero onto the Bollywood celluloid - Abhishek Bachchan. Hrithik Roshan was the first actor to play a hero with supernatural powers in the film Krrish. According to reports, Drona is going to be even bigger and better in terms of special effects compared with Rakesh Roshan's Krrish. The majority of the film's shooting has already taken place in Rajasthan and Namibia. Drona's stars, Abhishek Bachchan and Priyanka Chopra trained very hard for their roles. Some scenes required them to perform the traditional Sikh martial art called Gatka. More updates to follow on this film nearer the release date which is expected to be summer 2008.
