|  | Gopi (Sunil Shetty), a simple minded guy, arrives in Goa to fullfil his father's last wish. His mission is to hand over a small piece of land situated in his home town, Hoshiyarpur, to his childhood friend Kishen.  | Arshad Warsi in Mr Black Mr White |
But he finds that a grown up Kishen (Arshad Warsi), is now a conman, swindling people with the help of his accomplice, Babu (Atul Kale). He uses this money to educate his sibling Divya (Mahima Mehta) who's studying in London. Meanwhile, Kishen has managed to hide his profession from his girlfriend, Anuradha (Rashmi Nigam) by saying that it's Hari, his twin, who is the bad guy. Thats because he is not prepared to give up his flourishing business and travel all the way to Hoshiyarpur just to take possession of a measly piece of land! In his efforts to convince Kishen, Gopi is given a helping hand by Tanya (Anishka Khosla), daughter of the owner of KG Resorts. Meanwhile, diamonds worth millions have been stolen in a heist by three girls who are now in hiding at KG Resorts. When Kishen and Babu gets wind of the news, they end up at KG Resorts to get their hands on the loot. But to Gopi's horror, he finds himself as part of this gang. Who gets the diamonds? Does Gopi manage to take Kishen to Hoshiyarpur? The answers are in black and white when you reach the climax of this comic thriller.
