Shilpa & Akshay to perform at IIFA Yorkshire |
International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) being held in Yorkshire this year will include three days of Bollywood celebrations starting from 9 June. The award ceremony will take place in Sheffield and will see the gathering of a galaxy of Bollywood stars. The award ceremony will be interspersed with stage performances by Bollywood stars. News coming in suggests that Akshay Kumar (of the Namastey London fame) and Shilpa Shetty (Metro and Big Brother fame) will be performing live on stage. Dedicated fans will remember that these stars have acted together in box office hits like Main Khiladi Tu Anari and Dhadkan. So it could be nostalgic watching them perform together on stage next month. Manish Gajjar
