Soon the lives of these three characters change when they join the same college. Sneha takes a liking to Vicky, much to the dismay of Karan. Fearing Vicky's intentions, Karan tries to talk him out of his relationship with Sneha. But this time Vicky is in love and intends to marry her. Totally dejected, Karan comes to terms with his loss - he can never have the woman he loves so much. But as time goes by, a special bond of friendship develops between all three. Upset by this grim situation, Sneha turns to Karan for support, who eventually plucks up the courage to propose to the woman he has loved all along. But one day, Vicky re-enters their lives and the three friends come together one more time. What happens to all three, only love can tell. . . Once again we see Emran Hashmi in the lead role. Unlike his previous Mahesh Bhatt thriller, Zeher, he gets to play a romantic hero in Aashique Banaya Aapne.
