Soon, life takes a sudden turn for the worse when their car plummets down a hillside in an accident. Nikhil is badly injured and his condition very critical. Simar, on the other hand escapes totally unscathed. Initially, Nikhil relies totally on his wife due to his serious injuries, which almost inevitably brings them closer together.
