| Directed by Deepak Tijori of Oops fame, the film has Shawar Ali, Kelly Dorjee, Kehnaz and Rajeev Singh of Gladrags Mr. World fame. Deepak who made his directorial debut with Oops did not fare well at the UK box office. So this time round he is making an all out Bollywood film with all the right ingredients. Said to be a psychological thriller, Khamosh revolves around six other characters interacting with each other during the time frame of a single night. Mr Tijori's film is being shot in a start to finish shooting schedule which is proving the norm for most Bollywood films these days. This not only provides continuity throughout the movie but also makes life easy for the stars as far as acting and the character they are playing are concerned. So gone are the days when one star had to juggle between three films being shot simultaneously. The music is composed by Jatin and Lalit. Khamosh actually consists of one song in the entire film. The film will only be 2 hour long which is unusual for Bollywood films which normally last for three hours. Khamosh is expected to see a UK release around Autumn 2004. |
