Healing powers that science cannot explain and voodoo practices that defy all logic, are just some of the paranormal activities being investigated by Dr. Gayatri (Bipasha Basu).

Sunil Shetty
Sunil Shetty in the supernatural Rudraksh

Her American based research, brings her team of scientists to India, where they encounter the gifted Varun (Sanjay Dutt).

Varun has highly evolved paranormal powers.

His ability to take away pain and affliction from his fellow subjects fascinates Gayatri.

He agrees to be her guinea pig. But during the investigation, Varun realises the existence of a dark power.

What is this force? And why does it wage a battle against Varun? And how is it linked to Ravana's Rudraksh?

Hidden away, in the mists of time is the most unusual Rudraksh (meaning the holy seed).
