Yash Raj Films recently announced their next production venture to be directed by Pradeep Sarkar of Parineeta (2005) and Laaga Chunari Mein Daag (2007) fame. The project which is yet to be titled will be produced by Aditya Chopra. It will be based on a love story focusing on the Mumbai’s busy streets. Neil Nitin Mukesh of the New York fame and Deepika Padukone have been selected to play the lead roles. The film will go into production in December 2009 with an expected summer 2010 release.
