Ram Gopal Verma busy with 3rd project

Talented director Verma is currently working on his third movie, Rakta Charitra whilst Rann and India 24/7 are being completed.

Ram Gopal Verma is a very busy man these days. He is currently working on his films, Rann and India 24/7 to get them completed for a summer release.

A director extraordinaire, Verma has started thinking about his third movie project titled Rakta Charitra.

Verma has selected Vivek Oberoi to play the lead role of Paritala Ravi in the movie. The film’s shooting schedule will begin in September this year.

The movie has been inspired by Paritala Ravi, one of the most feared South Indians who got assassinated in January 2005. Accused of numerous murders Ravi survived numerous assassination attempts until his death in 2005.

A versatile and experimental director, Verma’s intention is to make the movie in Hindi so that it reaches a wider audience.

Now, that's a film full of substance worth seeing from this talented director who always offers something new by defying Bollywood norms.
