Coventry lass Parveen Bhairon has always been a die-hard Bollywood film fanatic with aspirations of starring in a Bollywood movie. Her dream finally came true when she over-shadowed hundreds of hopefuls during auditions for the Bollywood film, Veer. Parveen got to know about the auditions from director Arther Chaudary with whom she worked on a small budget movie. She had to go through a three day gruelling schedule for the role of supporting actress in Veer. The movie is an epic love story about an Indian warrior fighting against the British. Salman Khan plays the lead alongside brother, Sohail Khan and veteran actor, Jackie Shroff. Parveen has already shot portions of the movie in Bristol and Bath.
