One of the biggest money spinners of 2008, Singh is Kinng, has added another feather in its cap. It has been nominated in the Best Foreign Language film category at the forthcoming RAAM Awards to be held in London this February. The blockbuster, released by Studio 18, will be contending for the award along with Spanish film, El Orfanato (The Orphanage) and Yash Raj’s Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. RAAM Awards enjoy a unique position within the UK and Irish cinemas. These awards provide an opportunity for exhibitors, distributors and industry suppliers to recognise and reward success and achievement across all parts of the cinema industry.
