Gerry moved the rest of his stuff into Heather's place - as far as both are concerned, this time's for keeps. To celebrate, Gerry offered to cook dinner but neither Scott nor Heather were enamoured by the idea. Their instincts proved to be correct when he served up a disaster of a meal!

Marty and Ruth were all lovey dovey too but that smile was soon wiped off Marty's face when he went into the office to find Niamh had disappeared, missed client meetings and news of a bounced cheque led him to the awful truth - Niamh had cleared out the business bank account. Marty's in a LOT of trouble.

Of course, he didn't know it but it was his mother-in-law and Eileen who were the root of the problem. They'd sent Niamh on a wild goose chase and pre-empted the whole thing. Gina felt guilty as her daughter and Marty became more and more despondent, but Eileen told her they did the right thing. They've got rid of Niamh!

Liz put on a brave face and managed to convince everyone she's doing just fine. What's done is done.

Eileen and Liam were delighted that The Grill got a great review in the local paper! All Liam's hard work has paid off.

Lydia prepared to open her new boutique, hola, which Scarlett and Kelly-Marie got very excited about. The posh frocks really impressed them and Lydia was impressed to see how good KM looked all dolled up in one of them so she offered her a job, handing out leaflets to promote the business. She even paid for her to get her nails done. KM loved the job and was blown away when Lydia offered her a more permanent position - a job in the boutique! Meanwhile, Scarlett saved Lydia's bacon when her caterers let her down, and promised the Oyster would sort out the food for the big launch.

Things weren't so bright in Zoe's world. Her money problems became more and more urgent as the rent was due and wee Nicki was keeping news of a school trip from her because she knew they couldn't afford it. Lena had to take off home to visit a sick relative which left Deek short of rent from Lazy Rays and it left Angela short of an 'escort' for a client that evening. As her financial situation hit home, Zoe reluctantly told Angela she'd look after that client... and she'd sleep with him.

Pretending she'd got some work at a PR event, she put her glad-rags on and headed out to a posh hotel where she met her client. She was really nervous and had to down some dutch courage before going through with it. She was paid generously but she looked really shaken up. What has she got herself into?
