Jimmy struggled to adjust to using his wheelchair in Scarlett's wee flat and he STILL couldn't get hold of Terri. Everyone tiptoed round the subject, unwilling to be the one to tell him the truth and break his heart. Scarlett reckoned it was up to Charlie to do something about it and she timidly tried to threaten Terri with the sack. Terri immediately saw through it and, to make a point, she headed off to see Jimmy. He tried to get her to put all her cards on the table - will she really want him if he never regains the use of his legs? She skirted about the subject and Scarlett unwittingly interrupted the conversation so Jimmy never got his answer.

Lenny showed Marty who's boss but he still has to tell Niamh about her new business partner. He's not in quite so much control when it comes to his wife though - Lydia's determined that they're going to Spain next week to buy some new stock for the boutique!

Paul decided not to go to school, which only served to torment his mother. She tried to stand up to him but he refused to go. Ruth admitted she knew what was going on and advised her to stand up for herself. He made matters worse when he turned up at the surgery and insulted Dr Lau so Tina dragged him home, accusing him of sounding like a racist ned. As usual, he behaved like a brat and slapped her but this time she slapped him back! He was obviously shaken up and even looked a little contrite, which made a nice change.

The dodgy journalist who harassed Raymond last week set his sights on Shona - if she doesn't sell her story to him then it's Tony who's going to have the chance to tell his tale. She started to explain how much she loved Tony all those years ago but she wouldn't tell him anything more.

Archie was shocked to hear it'll cost £5000 to get a fake passport, and for both him and Niamh to get new identities would run up a bill of thirty grand! He put his case to his free bank account (Niamh) who was sure she could get a better deal from one of her dodgy pals. So, she asked Yvonne and the price seemed right until Archie's name came up. Yvonne reckons Niamh has lost enough because of him and she just can't help her… she's on her own. It looked like they were back to square one until a choice remark from Gerry made Archie think about another option. Nobody will be looking for him if he's dead…
