The Shieldinch scoundrels had their day in court – both Shona and Archie were up before the judge and their loved ones were in a panic. Liz couldn’t face even going and she obviously doubts the honesty of her own son. She had a go at Fi for starting all this, and took Malcolm’s advice to go to court.

Meanwhile, an upset Fi put a dampener on Shirley and Robert’s trip to the cinema. A friend in need really spoiled Robert’s plans and he went mad when Shirley cancelled. Really mad! It was all a bit scary and Shirley seemed a little rattled but we wonder when she will ever realise he’s just not right! Billy had tried to warn her but it just isn’t sinking in, and Nicki decided she’s not going to let Robert get to her. Deek talked Bob into going out for a couple of drinks but he just couldn’t relax cos Charlie’s home-planning is going to eat up every spare penny. In the end, he headed home and had a night in with Charlie. He doesn’t look happy though…

Neither court case went well. Shona was remanded in custody cos they were worried she might be a ‘flight risk’ what with her umpteen identities and passports. Raymond was shocked to hear she’s still in jail but swore it wasn’t him who’d called the police. Then that smarmy Tony turned up and revealed it was him. He harassed Iona, who was upset at her sister’s imprisonment.And as for Archie… he was allowed bail but the onus is now on Gina to find the money otherwise he’ll spend the next few months in jail and he reckons he’ll never be able to build his defence if he’s locked up. But can Gina find £50,000?
