Fi questioned Archie about his previous dealings with Niamh and quickly realised that there was something going on between them. Archie told her Niamh was obsessed with him and he tried to make Fi see there were loads of people who would’ve benefited from Niamh’s fire-raising but she’s not convinced. Archie begged her not to call the police – he could lose everything! Gerry tried to convince Bob that it’s a good idea to take the compensation money he’s been offered after the hearing, but Bob reckons it’s blood money. Charlie eventually twisted his arm - £40,000 is a great start for them buying a home – but it’s clear Bob’s still not happy. Nicki and Malcolm had a nice chat and she was happy to realise Malcolm’s on to Robert, but that Robert continued to wind Shirley round his little finger.

Jimmy and Terri agreed to go out on a date and things were going swimmingly but Scarlett hated seeing them together. Terri wound her up, telling her she’d slept with Paddy, and Scarlett saw red. She gave Terri a well-deserved slap but Charlie and Bob turned up and Terri turned the whole thing around to make Scarlett look like the bad guy. Then she kissed Jimmy in full view of a mournful Scarlett! Scott gave Jamie some good advice and helped convince him to go back to school, despite taunts from the kids about his dad’s sexuality. Later, at the party, Jake and Scott decided to be friends… but that quickly became something else cos they snogged on the dancefloor! Hmmm, Tina didn’t look too happy about that turn of events.

Newlyweds Raymond and Shona came home, full of cheer and poor Raymond was completely oblivious to Tony’s near-miss at the wedding. News travels fast in Shieldinch and Eileen and Deek promptly organised a wedding party and everyone gathered in the pub. Iona confronted her sister and was horrified to find out that Shona is indeed still managed to Tony! She tried to make her admit the truth but Shona just couldn’t bear to hurt him – Raymond’s never been so happy, bless his little cotton socks. But not for long… Tony turned up at the party and caused a bit of a scene when he broke the news to Raymond that he and Shona aren’t actually married. Uh oh.
