Jake the salsa teacher turned Iona's head but, for a change, he wasn't interested in her wily feminine charms. He's far more interested in the Shieldinch men and was happy to hear that Raymond wants to set up some more salsa classes. Meanwhile, Iona got in the way of a romantic lunch between Raymond and Shona, and Shona got mad. Charlie started work at Liz's and managed to clean to her high standards, despite Liz's initial snobbish fears. Scarlett was much happier after a "lovely" night in with Jimmy. Gina, again, dug about to see if she has feelings for him but she insisted it's just Madonna bringing them together.

Shirley got upset talking to Malcolm about George, and totally caved when Robert fed her a sob story about not fitting in. She stopped him planning to leave Shieldinch and took advantage of her generosity but planting the missing locket in Nicki's schoolbag! Shirley found it and was sooo disappointed in her young friend. Zoe was horrified but agreed they'd speak to Nicki together… but Nicki was disgusted that either of them could even contemplate her guilt. She stormed off, yelling at Robert that he doesn't fool her. She confided in Jamie, who was also at odds with the world, missing his dad and hoping that Harry would find his killer.

Fi got really upset at work after her ruckus with Niamh the other day. Then she received a Mother's Day card in the post - it was obviously from Niamh and it devastated Fi. Not knowing what was going on, Archie sent her home but managed to use the sitation to his advantage by advising her to stop digging about Niamh. Niamh freaked when she found out Fi was still investigating, but was delighted when her pal Yvonne found out more Fi gossip! She confronted poor Fi and let her know that she knows she has ANOTHER child, Cameron. This was the last straw and Fi lashed out and slapped her (yay!) until Gerry intervened. Now we all want to know what the story is with Fi's kids but we don't really want nasty Niamh to uncover it first.
