Scott was shaken to discover that Tina and the boys have moved into Eddie's flat but he's not the only one - Tina and Paul aren't too happy to be there either but it seemed the right thing to do for Jamie. Being there makes Eddie's absence stronger and confiding in Scott upset them both. They pleaded with Harry to find Eddie's killer but Harry felt helpless. And it's no wonder! Whiteside got him to check through some irrelevant files and acidly put down his policing skills, amid some jibes about Eddie. Harry wanted to get out on the beat to talk to folk but Whiteside's definitely showing him who's boss. Harry felt more and more helpless as Scott and Tina pleaded with him to find Eddie's killer. He promised Paul he would but Whiteside's not making his job easy.
Fi got really angry when Niamh continued to torment her about her secrets. Niamh was left a little rattled but not nearly as much as Fi was by their heated exchange. Archie tried to stop her digging into Fi's life and tried to pretend that he didn't have anything to lose but Niamh was quick to remind him that she's started from scratch before and can do it again. He was shocked to hear Niamh's insinuation that Fi isn't as innocent as she looks. Meanwhile, Fi was intrigued when she found out how much money Niamh put into Marty's business - where did she get that money? Archie tried to throw her off the scent but he definitely went pale! Charlie decided to take on some help for her cleaning business and rallied round to help a worn-out Scarlett but that doesn't change how much she's having to do on her own. There was a wee bit of awkwardness between Jimmy and Scarlett when they both seemed to be reminded of Jimmy's feelings for her. Jimmy confided in Bob that he's concerned Scarlett's doing too much, looking after Madonna on her own.
Robert continued to fool folk with his false charm. Malcolm and Raymond are now firm believers in his kindness and selfless actions. He may have been chucked out the flat but he's not going far from his new-found family. Malcolm made Shirley's day by giving her an old pic of George but she's still not convinced by Robert. Poor Nicki, meanwhile, felt isolated - is she the only one who can see through Robert? But a nice bonding moment with Shirley made her feel a bit better and she encouraged Shirley she's making the right decision going back to work, and Billy's warm welcome did her the power of good. But she clashed with Robert over Nicki - he tired to brand her a liar but much to his annoyance, Shirley made it clear who's side she's on! He was so annoyed he confronted Nicki, told her she means nothing to the Henderson family, and threatened her, leaving her terrified.
