ScottBilly and TinaRobert and Raymond

Scott was desperately looking forward to his dinner with Eddie, full of promise for their future, but he walked into the flat to find Eddie's body and it shocked him to the core. Soon, the police took over and Gina's café was closed so that Scott, Tina and Jamie could come to terms with the news. Harry looked after them but the Detective in charge wasn't exactly a bundle of love and concern. He was far more concerned in getting a statement from "lover boy". Ruth was worried that Marty thought she was mad, as he cared for her after cutting her hand, but he assured her they'd both just have to be patient and wait for her tablets to take effect. But Scott's heartbreak soon took over her thoughts and she rushed to comfort him as Eddie's family grieved together.

Paul was rushed down from a school trip in Stirling to be met by a flurry of paparazzi. His mum had to tell him the news and she just didn't have a clue how she'd cope with all this. Billy stepped in to help and offered them a place to stay for the moment. Scarlett was stunned by Jimmy's decision to seek custody of Madonna, while he was happy to hear from Gerry that the law says he now has the same rights as the mother cos they both signed the birth certificate. To help Jimmy out, Bob had a word with his mum and warned her about her legal position but she got on her high horse, told Jimmy he'd get nowhere and made him give back the keys to her flat.

Nicki told Deek that Robert is living at George's and Deek made it clear he didn't want him around, despite Robert's insistence that he wants to be part of the family. Nicki still wasn't won over. Raymond was shocked to find Robert in the flat, though, and was more perturbed to see he'd started packing up George's belongings. Robert twisted it though and pretended he was full of care for Shirley. He soon had Raymond on side and they've agreed to sort out George's stuff together. As soon as Raymond left, Robert was flinging his brother's stuff about as though he didn't give a damn.
