Alanna tried to help Bob but he was upset that all the women in his life have lied to him. Meanwhile, Liam is becoming more and more impressed by Alanna. Niamh continued to threaten Archie and, worryingly, got chatting to Gina to find out more about Archie's family. Yet again Archie orchestrated a situation which made Liz worry about her sanity. Shirley was preoccupied by George, who was obviously unwell, and was perturbed to see Jessica leaving their flat. George had a turn and called her but Shirley doesn't know who she is and she's suspicious. Jimmy flapped around Scarlett, who wasn't taking it easy despite the imminent birth of her baby! She was overcome with emotion though when Jimmy revealed his surprise - he's had the kids' names painted on the back of the cab. Aw, Jimmy's going to be the best dad :)

It was the day of Paul's psychologist appointment and Eddie was stressed out. Scott did his best to calm him down but he hardly said a thing at the actual appointment. Which, it has to be said, was still more than Paul. Paul only opened up when his parents left the room and that was just about football. Eddie was mortified by the experience and had to be talked into going to further appointments.
Paul was really unhappy though and took it out on Jamie, threatening him and knocking over his nice Christmas tree. He reckons if everyone believes he's mad then he's not responsible for his actions…
