Alanna told Raymond that the other night wasn't all Liam's fault and he grudgingly gave him his job back. Liam apologised to her and thanked her for talking Raymond round. With things good between them again, Alanna invited him to Zoe's party.

Shona, meantime, had it out with Iona. How dare she sleep with her husband? As Iona tried to plead some innocence - she was only 16, after all, and Tony had used her - Shona dropped a bombshell. She was pregnant when her marriage broke up, and she lost the baby two weeks later. She wasn't accepting any of Iona's apologies and Iona wasn't even in the mood for her next encounter with Marty.
