Things were not good between Ruth and Marty, and Ruth was very unhappy when he planned a trip to London without her (he looked a bit smug about this). He said they'd plan another trip together and she was slightly appeased but then he kept nagging her about making a cake for their dinner with Billy and Jo. The cooker went on the blink, which antagonised him more and he loudly complained about their living situation. He ended up storming out the flat, saying he won't stay a minute longer than he has to.

Iona planned to meet Deek but made sure Charlie and Bob went too. Charlie was suspicious though when she saw Iona eyeing up another guy - she's figured out that Iona's just using Deek. Charlie was concerned that Scarlett might be annoyed at her staying over so much (she's sleeping in Kelly-Marie's old room, fact fans) but Bob assured her his Mum loved having her there. It got him thinking about their relationship though and he asked Charlie to move in with him! She said yes and they lived happily ever after… for now, anyway :)

George and Shirley kissed and made up - he apologised after she more or less threatened to leave. He admitted he was jealous of her friendship with Fi. Alice was nervous of starting her new job but Tina made her feel welcome. They planned to go out for a cuppa to get to know each other. Alice was shocked when Ruth told her who Tina's married to! Eddie was delighted Tina had agreed to meet him, and told Scott he wants him to be part of the boys' lives. He told Tina he loves Scott and begged her not to tell Scott he'd talked about going back to Tina for the boys' sake. Tina made him promise there'd be no more bed-hopping. Paul's been playing up at school and he's obviously disturbed by what's going on in his family. Tina told him if he messes up again then he'd never see the kids again.
