For Sale signJoBob and Lenny

A For Sale sign mysteriously appeared at Gina's flat, enraging Gina and Ruth, who'd been promised the flat for her and Marty. Not surprisingly, it was all Archie's doing. Gina and him fought about it but he kept twisting things and made her think twice. Ruth was mad that Archie was playing head of the family, and more so when Gina suggested she give Ruth some of the proceeds of the sale to help her and Marty buy their own place. It wasn't about the money though, it was the sentiment of the place. The whole thing stirred up the baby resentment between Ruth & Marty again, which Scott had to mediate.

Jo eventually persuaded an overprotective Billy to let her work at the salon but she was told to rest if she got tired. He pushed for a wedding date but she got flustered and put him off. Fi admitted to Alice that it's the fifth anniversary of her partner's death. Shirley felt bad when she made a innocent, throwaway remark which upset Fi. Paul was still angry at Eddie although Jamie seemed a little bit keener to see his dad. Tina told Eddie to stay away from them. Scott had words with him, too, and told him he had to take responsibility for his actions.

Lenny and his henchmen continued to harass Bob, forcing his head underwater when he refused to sign a contract. Charlie told him to call the police but he couldn't - it's Lenny's word against his and he couldn't be a grass. But guess who's back? McCabe! Quote of the episode: "I'm gonna wok his world for him!" as he heard what Lenny had been up to. Meanwhile, Charlie went to meet a new customer, only to be met with a warning from Lenny. McCabe made his presence known but his henchmen had turned their back on him and gone to Lenny's side. Lenny was loving the power and McCabe appeared helpless. Uh oh.
