So Jo finally did what Archie wanted: she told Gina a whopper of a lie. She said that Luca went back to his wife and kid, and he hadn't told anyone cos he felt bad about having left them. A good lie- but Eileen already supsects something is up. Surely this will come back to haunt Jo.

Heartache for Heather as she faced the fact that Duncan is taking Freya away. She thought they had come back, but they'd only come to say goodbye. Gerry agreed to be friends and help her through this. Meanwhile, Scott was rebuilding his life- even taking the news that Eddie was about without a flinch.

Nicki was still having her head done in by Zoe and Deek's fighting. She took drastic action: asked Shirley if she could move in. George said OK. Meanwhile, Shona started to really get on with Alanna and Eileen, leaving Ray feeling quite left out.
