DuncanDekeRaymond and Doctor

Freya, still upset by Heather's lies about Duncan's illness, had an angry outburst, telling Heather she'd never believe anything she said again. Duncan stepped in and told Freya things wouldn't get better if they fought. He asked Heather to be the executor for his business and Freya's trust fund when he dies. She told him he was asking too much but eventually agreed. She arranged to meet Gerry for some legal advice but things were far too awkward so she went to Archie instead, putting Gerry's nose out of joint. He told her he just wanted her to make up her mind. Father Michael agreed to help Kelly-Marie learn French and gave her advice about her move to Monaco. Andrew was annoyed that she was listening to FM and not her, but eventually admitted he was worried about his foot - he had to get match-fit or the move could be in jeopardy. Kelly-Marie wasn't finding the situation easy either and they ended up fighting.

Deke's Uni work was stressing him out as another essay deadline caught up with him. He tried to ask Alisha for a sick note but she refused so he took desperate measures: he copied paragraphs from similar essays on the internet and cobbled them together to make his own. Luca tried to defend Eddie when talking to Scott - didn't he ever fall in love with someone he shouldn't? Looks like Luca's still thinking of Jo… Jo, meanwhile, tried to change the salon's schedule so she wouldn't be in at the same time as her brother. Vader, Bob and Deke got drunk in Bob's garage, putting the world to rights. Deke told Vader that Hazel still cared for him and maybe he'd still be in with a chance but Vader said he'd hurt two fantastic women and wouldn't let it happen again. Scott drowned his sorrows in the pub and made a drunken, angry, phone call to Eddie before Marty and Ruth had to step in and take him home.

Raymond saw Roisin in hospital - she was sedated cos she'd had a disturbed night. The doctor asked about mental health problems, which just got Raymond angry. Roisin was agitated, blaming herself for what happened to Alanna, and the nurse had to help her. Raymond's hopes to take Roisin home were scuppered when the doc told him she was best not being disturbed by her family right now. Heather got home to find Duncan asleep on the sofa and, safe in the knowledge he couldn't hear her, told him she couldn't be who he wants her to be. She couldn't have looked after Freya 9 years ago and can't now, but she'd find someone good to look after Freya if/when Duncan dies. Freya overheard and burst out crying.
