It was the day of Zoe and Alanna's party but not everyone's in the mood for dancing. Hazel was fed up with all the attention Princess Alanna was getting, and the Princess was feeling sorry for herself. She talked to Raymond about how life was with Alex, and confessed he's always in her head. Marty bought a new company sports car. He showed off his new toy, got Ruth into trouble for distracting her from work and the whole thing left Jo jealous. Her pithy comments didn't go unnoticed by Billy. And poor Vader's wee scooter just couldn't compare to the shiny red motor. Billy talked Luca into asking Alisha out but she said no! The lovesick soul asked Jo for help and she grudgingly arranged for them to meet in Versus that night. She told Jo they're just friends… for now.

Alice's family was consumed with talk about her Hearing. She made out she wasn't bothered and it was too late to change anything but she was obviously worried she might face jail. Scarlett was skint so Kelly-Marie offered to help out. Blissfully unaware, she was sure that Bob would be a rich man soon cos he's working all the hours under the sun. Bob felt guilty but Scarlett reassured him they'd get through it. She took on an extra job as a barmaid at the Tall Ship to help make ends meet. Hazel got really drunk then made her presence felt at the party with a very public toast to Alanna "You're 18 and already an adulteress!" She then announced she's going divorce Vader so Alanna can have him to herself.

Alanna cried on Raymond's shoulder, and blamed herself for hurting Hazel and reckoned she brought Alex's abuse on herself. Zoe and Alanna continued their celebration at Versus but Alanna got hammered. She had to be taken home and drunkenly told Vader she hated living at the caravan. Hazel sought solace with Deke and they talked about how much they mean to each other. One thing led to another and they kissed. Vader spotted them and Hazel saw Vader saw… if you know what we mean. Deke didn't want to take advantage of her but she told him outright that she wanted him to and they soon got carried away. They ended up in bed…
