Roisin and Raymond tried to get a loan from the bank to buy The Grill but they had no luck. Roisin spoke to Lola about it but Lola didn't even know Glenn's plans! She was angry and confronted him. He turned it around and told her he was doing it for her, for their future. She swooned and said swore always to trust him. Eddie went to see Scott. He'd made a decision - he wanted to go public with their relationship. First stop: dinner for two at The Grill. Eddie was awkward at first but they were soon holding hands in full view of everyone. Ruth will be their next problem though and they agreed they'd need to tell her soon before she hears it from someone else. Cormac (through Gerry) accepted Glenn's offer to buy his half of The Grill. Eileen was delighted.

Meanwhile, Raymond had convinced the bank to lend them the money after all but it was too late. Gerry told him Cormac had sold to someone else but he wouldn't say who. Glenn told Roisin and Raymond that he'd also been outbid. Jimmy kept apologising to Scarlett but she still blamed him for Bob's problem with Lenny. They rallied round and raised some money to help Bob out and then helped him with his overtime. It looked like he'd meet next week's payment with no problem but they spoke too soon: Lenny paid a visit to the garage and threw his weight about while his henchman smashed up a car Bob was working on. Jimmy tried to help but Lenny promised a lobotomy for Bob if anyone interferes.

Gina got excited planning her wedding and in a bid to get Luca on her side, she came up with the idea of a Scottish-Italian themed wedding! Luca wasn't very enthusiastic. Gina offered her flat to Ruth and Marty to live in after the wedding. It'd be better for them if they're starting a family, and she told them she'd move into Archie's big house in the southside… but Archie wasn't happy about it. He was up to something and was angry at Gina making plans without his say-so. He kept trying to tell her something but was interrupted. Eventually he made a shocking confession: he still lives with his Mum.
