Ruth was really worried about what they would tell her at the hospital and the whole family were concerned for her but Marty reassured them and went with her. She returned distraught, having been diagnosed with a personality disorder. It's controllable but she hates the fact she can't live a normal life, despite the doctors' assurance that she can. Marty brought up the subject of kids and she was appalled - she can't possibly bring a child into the world when she's mentally ill! Roisin firmly reminded Raymond he had to get rid of Eileen. He agreed to do it that day but she was quite slippery and he didn't get the response he was expecting when he finally told her.
He admitted it was down to Roisin but Eileen wasn't having any of it. She turned it around and told him he wants rid of her because they slept together but she's not going anywhere. Lola was convinced Glenn's up to something and is sure it's something to do with Eileen. Roisin told her Eileen wouldn't be there much longer. Gina was desperate for Luca's approval of her marriage to Archie but he refused. He's sure Archie will hurt her but if she's convinced it'll all be okay then she doesn't need his blessing. Luca shared his woes with Heather in Versus, fed up that he's on his own and that all the good-looking women are taken there's an awkward silence and Jo interrupts the moment. She tries to make Luca a bit more positive about his situation and looks reluctant when he asks her to help him find a girlfriend.
Jimmy cleverly put the idea into Scarlett's head that Bob should move back home. Bob agreed and left the caravan to the two lovebirds, leaving his memories behind. Scarlett recognised Lenny from Paddy's past and confronted him. He told her Bob owed him money and she'd be seeing a lot of him around. She had a go at Bob and Jimmy, and Bob confessed he now owes £10,000. Marty interrupted Scott and Eddie kissing in the flat. Scott convinced him not to tell anyone, especially Ruth, but he wasn't happy with Eddie's reaction to the situation. He doesn't want to hide their relationship from everyone. Eddie, however, cited his job as the big problem but that Scott's the best thing to ever happen to him. Scott told him he couldn't live a lie and that he should leave to give him time to think.
