The Rossis were worried as there was still no news of Ruth. Andrew came looking for Bob to fix his car, but Bob was nowhere to be seen. Scarlett said she'd track him down and found him still in bed after 10 in the morning. Bob said he'd been up late delivering orders for the takeaway. Luca went round to see Scott and asked about the spare room at Ruth's. He said he wanted to move in, now that Archie was around more, but he was afraid to tell Gina that he wanted to move out. Hunter asked Scott if he fancied doing anything, so Scott suggested a drink and takeaway at his flat. He told Hunter that everything would be fine, because he had the flat to himself.
Jo let Luca know that Ruth was missing, so he left work and went round to see Gina. Gina wondered if she should go to Italy to find Ruth, and Luca suggested he should go with her. Despite Luca's objections that it was 'family business', Gina phoned Archie and asked for his advice. Andrew finally tracked down Bob who agreed to fix his car. In the salon, Scarlett told Billy she'd seen him talking to Bob in the street and asked what Bob had wanted. Billy told her Bob'd asked him for a loan. Andrew asked about Kelly, and Bob told him that she was miserable without him. Andrew said he thought he'd blown his chances, but Bob said he should try and catch up with her.
Scarlett told Kelly she was sure that Bob had money worries, and Kelly said she'd see what she could find out. Despite the fact that Eddie was coming round, Scott agreed to let Luca bring his things to the flat that evening. Kelly found Bob delivering takeaways, and asked him why he needed to do that, if business was going fine. Bob said that everything was OK, but he was having rouble getting parts from suppliers. Jo was furious when she found out that Billy was still going to London, despite the fact that Ruth was missing. Billy said that she had her family, so why would she need him? Meanwhile, Bob had come to a decision. He called Lenny, the moneylender, and asked to talk about a loan.
