Jo and LucaScott, Gina and HunterZak

Billy was getting the silent treatment from Jo. After encouragement from Gerry, Archie asked Gina to the Clyde Bar Association Ball. She said she'd think about it. Jo told Luca that she'd been snooping in Billy's private papers. He told her he wanted nothing to do with her schemes. DCI Eddie Hunter went into the Tall Ship and chatted to Scott. Scott said he had thought that Eddie had been avoiding him. Alisha told Arun that Cormac was coming round for dinner. Arun said he'd make himself scarce. However, when he was alone, Arun made a phone call, inviting someone to Glasgow for a few days. Gerry invited Heather to the Bar Association Ball, and Heather and Gina planned a shopping trip to get new posh frocks. However, Gina confessed that she was worried that she'd taken Archie back too quickly. Heather told Gina that Archie was mad about her.

In Moda Vida, Jo lost the plot when Alice answered the phone. Alice protested that she was only trying to help, but both Luca and Shirley had to intervene and tell Jo to calm down. Alice's day got no better when Deek came in to speak to Shirley and blanked his mum. She reacted by necking a miniature bottle of vodka that she'd been keeping in her bag. Luca told Jo that with Archie back on the scene, things were a bit crowded at Gina's. She suggested Ruth's spare room. Scott invited Eddie round for supper, and got himself into such a fluster getting things ready that he burned the food and had to call Gina to the rescue. When Eddie arrived, things were going well, but when Scott made a move, Eddie pulled away. Scott said it was fine if Eddie just wanted to be mates, but he had to stop giving off mixed signals.

There was another dinner date in Montego Street that night as Cormac visited Alisha. He decided to get serious and told her that he'd been in prison. He asked her why she hadn't asked if he was innocent, and she said she didn't have to. Cormac asked if she was worried about Arun's reaction to their relationship, but she said it was nothing. Billy told Jo she had to stop getting on Alice's case and said she had nothing to worry about. She said she didn't believe him and asked him why he was getting money from Della. Back at Scott's, Eddie said he did want more than friendship, but couldn't. Scott realised that Eddie's colleagues didn't realise he was gay. Alisha and Cormac had no problems figuring out where they stood with each other, and were getting cosy on the sofa when Arun returned with a friend that he introduced as Zak. Alisha's fiancée.
