Scott found Harry's phone in the flat. He quizzed Ruth about it, and she claimed he'd come over to beg her forgiveness and left his phone. Scott was clearly having trouble believing her story and later phoned Hunter and arranged to meet him. Mac asked Zoe if she minded if he asked Deek to move in with them. She said she had no problems with it. Kelly told Scarlett she'd seen Alice drinking, and wondered if she should tell Deek. Scarlett said it might be better if he heard about it from a friend. Roisin confided to Lola that she was worried that Eileen had designs on Raymond. Later, Lola discovered that Roisin wasn't the only one with man trouble when she caught Glenn chatting up Scarlett.

Jo told Shirley and Billy she'd signed up to do a course on Botox. They both went mad, with Shirley telling Jo to remember she only worked there. Billy failed to back Jo up, and she ended up in tears. Luca saw the row. Later on he brought Jo a bottle of champagne to cheer her up. Kelly told Deek about Alice. He said that it shouldn't matter to him what she did anymore. Andrew and Arun were drinking in Versus, bonding over the fact that their dads were unhappy with their choice of career. Zoe and Alanna came in, and were asked by Arun to join them. This did not please Kelly, who got Gerry to throw them out. Unfortunately for Kelly, Andrew went with them when they left.

In the Ship, Alice was drinking herself stupid, and had a go at Archie, saying his advice had got her sent to prison. Billy saw the scene she was making, and when Alice declared that her intention was to drink all her memories away, he said he'd join her. When Versus closed, Alice suggested that they go to a casino, and he agreed. As the pair left in a taxi, they were spotted by Jo. Whoops. Scott admitted to Hunter that he didn't believe Ruth's story, so Hunter phoned for Harry to come and join them.
