Eileen and HazelLolaAlanna and Ray

Hazel and Alanna both struggled with the news that Vader was gone. Eileen tried to comfort Hazel and told her maybe it was for the best, but Hazel retaliated by saying that Eileen had hardly coped since Tommy's death. McCabe visited Donna with tickets for them to go on holiday together, but she ripped them up. He told Scarlett he wanted to get to know Donna and spend time with her. Ray told Alanna that he'd paid Vader to leave. Hazel overheard, and lashed out at Ray and before collapsing.

Lola booked a meal for herself and Glen in the Grill, but he ignored her phone messages and went drinking with Cormac. McCabe brought Donna some presents but she rejected them, only to show an interest in them after he left. Scarlett commented that she almost felt sorry for McCabe, having to contend with such a wee minx. Roisin gave Ray a talking to about his attitude to Alanna. She said that Alanna was only a girl and in over her head, and Ray's behaviour towards her wasn't helping.

Dr Shah came to see Hazel, but said there was nothing wrong with her, she just needed to rest. Harry visited Ruth and the two ended up kissing: looks like her plan paid off after all! After waiting alone in the Grill, Lola discovered Glenn and Cormac who were totally wasted. Ray took Alanna aside and tried to explain to Alanna that he was only looking out for her. However, she wouldn't listen and told Ray she hated him, and he was a pig, like all men.
