Mac thanked Alanna for defending him the previous night. But Ray was not so pleased with her actions and told her that she should never see Zoe and Mac again. Ruth was still raging at Harry for dumping her- although she denied it was that- she thought he may just need time to think. Gina decided to get away from everything by escaping to Italy to visit family. Whilst it put Jo's childcare plans up in the air, everyone agreed that it was for the best. Mac decided it was time to take legal action to clear his name so he asked Archie to take on his case against Alice. Archie asked Alice some questions about 'Mac-gate' and her shifty response convinced him that Mac was telling the truth, so he agreed to take on the case.

Kelly Marie was playing hard to get as far as Andrew the footballer was concerned. But Bob was having none of it and played cupid to arrange date between them. Finally she gave in and agreed to go out with him, mainly to annoy Deke. Alanna had a heart to heart with Roisin. Unaware that the subject of Alanna's lust was Vader, Roisin innocently advised her to tell the 'man' the truth about her feelings for him. Jo started to move her stuff in to Billy's flat. He looked worried about what he'd let himself in for, particularly when Jo asked for more support from him. Little did he know how she was annoying everyone at the salon, especially when Franco was allowed to run riot in the salon.

Mac continued to protest his innocence to Deke, but he didn't believe him. It was only later when Ray accidentally said that Alice must 'stick to her story' that Deke started to have doubts. Thanks to a tip off from Kelly, Gerry heard about the empty room at Scott and Ruth's flat. Scott welcomed Gerry in as the third tenant for the flat, but not surprisingly it didn't go down too well with Ruth. Later, Andrew arrived in his snazzy sports car to collect Kelly. Bob appeared more excited about the date than his sister, who was still playing it cool. As Gina left Shieldinch for Italy, she caught a glance of Archie and it seemed like for a moment she might not go, but, alas, the taxi headed away from Montego Street…
