AlannaGinaAlice

Deek visited Bob to see how he was doing. Bob still refused to believe that Michelle had left willingly, and was blaming Kelvin. Deek apologised for his jealousy but told Bob he had wanted it to work out. Bob said he knew she'd be back. Shirley told Billy that baby 'Olivia' had gone, then she went to let Della know. Shirley found Nikki sitting outside her flat in the close, crying. Alice told Shirley that Mac had gone. Lewis went to see Cormac to find out more about Della's involvement with Michelle's baby. He asked Cormac if Della was unstable, because he wanted to know whether she was fit to be the mother of his baby. Cormac attacked Lewis. Alanna skived off school again, and when she came back, she pinched a bottle of vodka and took it to her room.

Ruth spotted Harry working, and wasn't happy when she noticed that he had a glamorous new partner. Gina met Eileen for a drink. When Archie arrived, instead of leaving her sister alone with her man, Eileen stayed and got drunk. Shirley told George about Mac, and predictably, George lost the plot.Despite being told by Shirley to leave things alone for the time being, George went round to see Deek. He told him what had happened, and begged Deek to go and see Alice. Deek initially refused, but eventually agreed to go. Ray and Roisin found Alanna asleep. Roisin thought she must be ill, but Ray spotted the empty drink bottle. In the pub, a drunken Eileen grabbed Archie on his way back from the toilet and tried to kiss him. He told her to get lost.

Deek went round to see Alice. She was horrified when she saw his face, and asked him what had happened. He told her it didn't matter; he was there to see how she was. Alice broke down and apologised for all the heartache she'd caused by not being honest with Deek. Deek was sympathetic and reassured his mum that things would be OK. However, when Alice said she still loved Mac, Deek couldn't believe his ears. He asked her why she was surprised at what Mac had done. Hadn't he done exactly the same thing years before? Deek told Alice to stop being so self pitying and to have a thought for others. As far as he was concerned, Alice had brought all of this on herself.
