Della got sick of Kelly Marie mouthing off about the baby, and sacked her from the salon. Scarlett told Bob and Michelle she knew what was going on. She was annoyed that they hadn't come to her for help, but impressed that they'd gone to a lawyer. Later, Scarlett e went to see Billy and told him she knew everything and he had to give Rochelle back. He managed to convince Scarlett that he agreed with her, but said he needed time to get through to Della and that the lawyers should stay out of it for now. Kelly told Hazel she'd been sacked, and the pair arranged a night out. Hazel discovered Vader had already arranged a night out with Bob. Shazia threw Zoe, Nikki and their mum out of the shop after Patricia caused a scene.

Scarlett told Shirley she knew that Olivia was Michelle's baby. Later, Shirley told Della and warned her that she must give the baby up, but Della didn't seem concerned. Archie Buchanan asked Gina to dinner, but she made an excuse about being too busy. He left his number, and after encouragement from the girls, Gina changed her mind and phoned him later. Kelly asked Deek if the job at the salon was still available. It was - but she'd have to interview for the position. Alanna told George she was getting hassle from some girls at school, and that she was worried about being sent away. At the flat, Alice and Mac enjoyed a night in. Alice told Mac she didn't want to lose him and asked if he'd like to move in.

Deek kept Kelly waiting in the pub as he interviewed other girls for the job at the salon. Kelly told Hazel she reckoned Deek was using the interview as a speed dating service; he asked all the girls if they'd meet him later to 'discuss the position', and even managed to get Leanne to agree to a drink. When it was Kelly's turn for the interview he told her it was OK, she had the job. Later, when Deek met Leanne, she brought her boyfriend along. He was not pleased that Deek had been cracking on to his girlfriend. Mac and Alice saw the confrontation, and Mac stepped in, but got no thanks from Deek. Della confronted Scarlett. If she breathed a word about the baby, she'd tell Kelly about Scarlett's affair with Billy.
