Shirley and GeorgeRay and DeekAlice on the phone

Kelly Marie was concerned about Bob's aggressive nature, so Michelle defended him by saying she knew what was wrong. She ended up telling Kelly the truth about the baby and the arrangement with Della and Billy. George told Shirley he'd changed and wanted to do all he could to make their future together happy - he even did some cleaning! Alice confessed to Roisin she felt helpless about her relationship with Deek, especially since he was getting money for university from other people, rather than her. Ruth offered to babysit for Jo while she went to the solicitors. Jo was hesitant, but wanted to get things back to normal so agreed. Scarlett probed Stevie about his connection with McCabe, but he was giving nothing away. Back in the business world, things were going well for Deek.

Ray was pleased with the plans for Lazy Rays and handed over the keys to Deek. Plus, Kelly forgave Deek for trying to kiss her and offered to help him get the business back on track. Scarlett suggested a romantic weekend away with Billy, but he thought the portakabin served their needs just as well and turned down the idea. Alice went to see Deek. She offered him money for uni, but he rejected it, along with any chance of a reconciliation. Alice's patience ran out. She shouted at him that she'd had enough of trying to make things right between them and told him to have a nice life, before storming out. Later, Shirley brought round some of Deek's things from his childhood and caught Alice throwing his clothes into binbags, but couldn't persuade her to stop.

Vinnie asked Shazia to be just good friends, but she was still concerned about his stalker-like ways. Later, Roisin had hassle when a steamin' woman came into the bar and demanded a drink. Elsewhere in the bar, Gina spoke to Eileen about Callum and tried to persuade her to give the relationship another go if it would make her happy. Roisin threw the drunk out of the bar. Zoe was mortified when she came across the woman - it was her mum! Jo got the keys to her new flat, so together with Gina and Ruth, she toasted their future together as a family. Alice had been left drained by the day and was upset further by seeing Derek's baby things, so she decided to call Mac. She left a message declaring her love and said how much she misses him and needs him, before breaking down in tears.
