Callum asked Eileen why she was avoiding him. She said had no time to talk, and arranged to meet him after work. Cormac came round to the flat to see Jo. He refused to speak to Ruth, despite Jo telling him to give her a chance. Jo said she'd see him later, but it was obvious things were not right between Cormac and Jo. Jo told Ruth that she couldn't go back to the way things were with Cormac and that she had a decision to make about her future with him. Stevie gave Bob the money he owed him. Bob threw it back at him, and said he didn't want it, but Stevie managed to convince Bob the money was clean. Malcolm gave Scarlett flowers to thank her for her support during Gina's stay in hospital- making a point of ignoring Eileen who was standing right next to Scarlett.
Billy came into the café and asked Scarlett if she was up for a bit of overtime. They flirted so outrageously that Eileen asked if anything was going on, and told Scarlett to watch herself, Billy would take advantage. However, Scarlett seemed pretty keen on being taken advantage of. Kelly and Bob wondered whether Stevie was still dealing. Eileen told Scarlett that she was thinking of finishing with Callum, because she was hurting him. Kelly asked Heather what Scarlett was up to. Heather reassured her that Scarlett's work wasn't too dodgy, but Kelly said her main problem was Billy Davies; even her mum wasn't safe with him around. Heather decided to find out what was going on. McCabe asked Stevie to sell drugs from the van. Stevie started to worry that he was out of his depth.
Della put a business idea to Shirley. She wanted her mum to sell the timeshare and buy into the salon. She told Shirley to decide quickly because she needed the money as soon as possible. After some thought, Shirley agreed. Eileen went for a drink with Callum and finished their relationship, despite his insistence that he loved her. Heather walked in on Scarlett and Billy in the portable building. Although she didn't see anything, she knew what had been going on. She told Billy if he messed around, he'd have McCabe to answer to. Jo told Cormac it was over. Cormac reacted badly, and told Jo she was a liar and a user. He said that he'd been useful to her when she needed a father for Franco, but Jo had obviously never loved him. Cormac said he felt sorry for Franco, who was stuck with Jo as a mother.
