DeekNikki and ZoeBilly and Scarlett

Scarlett asked Michelle why Bob and Stevie had fallen out, but she claimed to not know. Deek went in to the Ship to see Hazel, but she assumed he was just looking for drink. He was offended, but as he went to leave Hazel said she was only worried about him. Deek told her that his family weren't going to screw up his future and that he was going to go to Uni after all. However, he confessed that to Hazel that he was worried about it, particularly as he had no luck with girls and was feeling pretty down on himself. Hazel encouraged him to be more confident about himself, and just as her words seemed to be making an impact, Vader turned up and took the mickey out of Deek. Stevie refused to let Bob into the van. Scarlett saw them and wondered what was going on. Bob was sure Stevie was still dealing, so elly said she'd try and find out.

Malcolm bumped into Shirley and invited her for lunch. Shirley was glad of some time away from George. Malcolm confessed that he was worried about trusting Ruth, but Shirley advised him to give it time. She also told Malcolm about her own problems with George. She said George was shutting her out, and it was becoming hard to cope with. Malcolm acknowledged that George was a stubborn man, but told Shirley not to give up on him. Zoe stocked up on shopping in the Deli. Shazia was suspicious, but Alice told her to give the girl a chance. Zoe told Alice she might be moving to Montego Street. Later, Alice saw Zoe give the bag of shopping to a younger girl. Deek went into Lazy Rays, and got a load of cheek from the girl who was running it for Ray. The place was in a mess, and she was using it as a hangout for her mates.

Hazel was worried about Alanna settling in at school, so she asked Roisin how she was coping, which led Roisin to think that Alanna had confided in Hazel. Malcolm told George to speak to Shirley, or risk losing her. George took the advice and apologised to Shirley. Deek told Ray about the mess his salon was in and made him a business proposition: Deek would run Lazy Rays. Scarlett's business skills impressed Billy when she explained some of her plans to sell the dodgy DVDs. He took the opportunity to try it on with Scralett again, but she knocked him back. Kelly checked out Stevie, and was satisfied he wasn't dealing any more. Scarlett's plans were a success, and Billy insisted they celebrate with a drink. Scarlett was all set to knock him back again, but he piled on the Billy Davies charm, and this time, she gave in…
