AliceZoeDella comforts Michelle

Alice and Mac woke up with no regrets about rekindling their relationship. However, Alice was adamant that George shouldn't find out, so she made Mac promise not to say anything. Della was busy with the final plans for Olivia's party, but she also found herself on the receiving end of lectures from Bob and Alice. They both had a go at Della for holding the event, although Bob did back down by accepting an invitation to go along to the party. Jo and Cormac were upset about ending their relationship. Cormac was raging when Ruth had the cheek to come into The Grill for lunch. He couldn't contain his anger and decided to serve Ruth's gnocchi straight into her lap.

Meanwhile, in another corner of the pub, Eileen's low-cut dress was causing Kelly to serve up some catty comments. Callum had a few nasty words to say back to her, and a fight nearly ensued when Stevie stepped in to defend his sister. Zoe registered as a patient at Vinnie's surgery so he had no chance of avoiding her. At an appointment she pretended Vinnie was attacking her (which was overheard by Ruth). So if Vinnie doesn't provide her with the drugs soon, she be filing an official complaint about him. Michelle returned to Shieldinch. She was upset seeing Shirley with the baby. Meanwhile, Della told Billy she was giving up work in the salon to look after Olivia.

Alice told Derek about her and Mac. He was really happy, but she made him promise not to tell anyone. Like father, like son: Mac told Gina and Derek told Bob. Later, over in Versus, Olivia's party got underway. As everyone gathered to toast the baby, Heather reminded Jo that Ruth could be 'sorted' easily, all Jo had to do was ask. Plus, Della dodged Vinnie's request for a birth certificate. Billy gave a gushing speech about his beautiful daughter and wife. All was going well until Michelle turned up with a toy for the baby. She burst into tears on seeing Olivia which forced Della to comfort Michelle in order to protect their secret, which, for now, seems safe.
