Vader was upbeat about a forthcoming theme night at The Ship, however, Hazel didn't share his enthusiasm, in fact, she thought it was a tacky idea. Kelly decided to have a go at Eileen over her romance with Callum. There was more than a few bitchy exchanges, and it left Eileen wondering whether she was making a fool of herself. Hazel and Vader ended up arguing about the future of The Tall Ship after Hazel caught Scott and Vader disussing plans for changes to the bar. Unfortunately for them, Alanna overheard the exchange and took the opportunity to stir things up a bit. Zoe took her threat to Vinnie one stage further by distributing flyers featuring the picture of him getting a fix.

Jo lied to Cormac about what McKenna had advised her to do. Cormac sussed that something was wrong. When Jo revealed the truth - that McKenna had actually said that she should dump Cormac to be in with a better chance of winning - Cormac did the honourable thing and said they should split. Jo begged him to reconsider, but it was no good - Cormac loves Jo, but he doesn't want her to lose Franco. Eileen turned down an invite to a party with Callum's pals. She confessed that she'd feel out of place, but after a few words from Shirley, then Callum, Eileen began to realise just how happy she was. Alice planted the seeds of doubt in Kelly's mind over how she'd treated Callum when they were going out together.

Later, Kelly tried to apologise to Callum, but he wasn't having any of it and angrily sent her away. Bob was cringing again when Derek mentioned that he still fancied Kelly. Later, Kelly discussed relationships with Derek. He suggested that she went out with someone else to make Callum jealous, but unfortunately for Derek, she didn't pick up on his hint of who that person might be! Alice asked Mac to dinner at the flat, so Derek made an excuse not to be there - as three's a crowd. The meal went well, and just as Alice thought she'd round it all off with a coffee, one thing led to another, and soon her and Mac were indulging in a post-dinner snog…
