Vader was concerned about Alanna's behaviour. Hazel suggested that together they make her feel welcome. Billy apologised for his behaviour at the restaurant, but confessed that he's worried that the truth about Olivia might be revealed. Della had no qualms about that and told him to face up to life as a father. Hazel told Alanna that she could count on her and Vader for any support she might need. Heather agreed to let Della hold the baby-naming ceremony in Versus. Gina and Jo discussed whether they should follow McKenna's plan to persuade Ruth to change her mind.
Della was chatting to Kelly Marie about Olivia when Michelle appeared at the door of the salon, but ran off when she was spotted. Alice arranged to have a drink with Billy and Mac, but before she arrived, the two guys traded insults and had no intention of being good friends. Shirley confided in Alice that she was finding it hard to tolerate George's moodiness. Zoe continued to pile on the pressure for Vinnie as she demanded more drugs. Bob had spotted his mum and Mac getting on very well - he hoped that their friendship might lead on to other things.
Billy was embarrassed in front of McCabe and McKenna when Heather mentioned Olivia's baby-naming ceremony - which he knew nothing about. He confronted Della, but she wouldn't back down over the party for Olivia. Della managed to talk Billy round to the idea by suggesting that he invited his business associates. McKenna had some shocking news for Jo. According to the reports he'd 'obtained', the Social Services took a dim view of Cormac's criminal record. McKenna told Jo she had to choose: her relationship with Cormac, or the chance to keep Franco.
