Everyone gathered to hear what Alanna had to say (Ray was sweating more than most at this point). Lucky for him, she gave a gushing speech about how fab Ray is, but he knew that she was only saying it to wind him up. Ray's worries were eased slightly by a romantic dance with his new wife, to Sunshine on Leith - 'their song'. Vinnie realised that he might not be Eileen's boyfriend anymore when he spotted her snogging Callum. He was raging and squared up to Callum, but ended up making an utter fool of himself. Alanna continued to make Ray feel uneasy with her threats throughout the day.

Ruth had a stinker of a day at the reception. It started with Vinnie telling her to stop going on about Jo. Then, later, Gina was annoyed with her for calling the social worker. Despite Scott and Cormac also chipping in with their thoughts about her behaviour, nothing could have prepared Ruth for the outburst from Jo. Fresh from her meeting with the social worker, Jo was fired up for revenge. A full cat fight followed, with the Rossi sisters tearing each other's hair out across the dancefloor. A parting line from Gina to Ruth of "you're no daughter of mine", ensured the tears flowed. The Rossi family is in tatters again.

Alanna took pleasure in ensuring that Kelly Marie spotted Eileen and Callum together. Despite being sober, Shazia snogged Vinnie in the hope that it would impress Heather, but it only made her look desperate. She spent the rest of the party cringing and avoiding Vinnie's advances. Alice and Mac were getting on well and everyone wanted to know if they were a couple. Ray surprised Roisin with a honeymoon to Dubai. At least it meant he'd be away from Alanna for a few days - but she had a parting gift of a kiss on the lips for him as the happy couple left the reception. The kiss confirmed that she means business about him keeping quiet.
