Della decided it was time to get out and about with 'Olivia'. Armed with a lie about where they'd acquired the baby from they went to the cafe. Everyone went ga-ga over the wee one, but within minutes Scarlet had sussed that all was not well; she was convinced that the baby had been bought over the internet. Kelly Marie added fuel to the gossip fire, by telling everyone that Billy was infertile. Derek walked in on Mac and Alice arguing. He'd had enough and threatened not to talk to either of them if they don't make an effort to get on. Eileen finally decided to leave the Ship, but Vinnie was too busy to celebrate with her.

Alice was still reeling from Derek's comments, so she went to see him at the salon to apologise. He wasn't interested in listening. It wasn't the ideal moment for Della to walk past Alice with Olivia. Alice had a go at Della, telling her it was wrong to keep the baby. She fired back that Alice was no expert on the topic of abandoned children - miaow! Roisin overheard Eileen talking about finding a new bar manager. Roisin set to work convincing Ray how great it would be for them to run the Tall Ship, especially since it solved their housing crisis too. He agreed, but it was more to do with the thought of free beer, than somewhere to live.

Alice was hurt by Della's comments and told Billy that she'd report him and Della to the police. Once Ray was firmly wrapped around her little finger, Roisin put the pub proposal to Eileen. She was surprised by Roisin's idea, but after some thought - and with Cormac's agreement - she decided it was the perfect solution. Later, the girl gang leader, Zoe, broke into the doctor's surgery and discovered exactly what Vinnie was 'busy' doing. He'd been helping himself to the medicine cabinet and was well out of it, with a syringe by his side. Zoe took a picture of him in a sorry state. Yes, he will be sorry, when she reveals what she saw…
