There was horror outside the court tonight as Steph took revenge for her dad's killing. She stabbed Jo in the guts with her dad's own murder weapon in front of a crowd. Heather's case was found not proven, meaning she was free to go, thanks to Jo lying for her. Heather didn't get off lightly either, though, as it became clear that bad yin McCabe is now her boss.

Stevie finally turned up at work. Billy gave him the same spiel as he'd already given Bob, namely that they had to get out by the end of the week and pay him back the money Lewis lent them. Stevie was more interested in threatening Billy not to mess with his ma again. Billy then got a visit from Della, who told him he is a snake and handed him an exclusion order.

It was happy families all round as Roisin and Alanna spent an emotional day getting to know each other. It turns out Alanna has always wanted to know her mum, and she forgave Roisin for giving her away. Roisin told Ray that she's the happiest woman alive, and thanked him for not listening to her, but told him not to make a habit of it.
