Love is in the air in Shieldinch, with wedding bells and secret snogs galore. Ok, so not everyone was happy : Scott continued to ignore Stevie, but a date was set for the McIntyre and Henderson union. Roisin went into overdrive with plans for her big day and Ray was also making plans of his own for a wedding surprise for Roisin, by tracking down her long-lost daughter. Despite Eileen's advice that it was a bad idea, Ray arranged a secret meeting with Roisin's parents.
Deke got an interview for uni, and his dad, Graeme, agreed to support him all the way. Malcolm confided to Gina that he might be falling in love with Shirley. It doesn't look like Shirley feels the same, as she later shared a romantic dance and secret kiss with George as Malcolm snoozed off a hangover. Billy continued his campaign to be 'slimy husband of the year 2004' by putting forward the pros of sleeping with Lewis to Della and it seemed like she was warming to the idea.
Bob revealed that he was something of a mastermind when it came to quizzes - yes, really. Heather was on the wrong side of the law when she met her dodgy solicitor. He reckoned that as long Heather stuck to the story that Joanne Rossi killed Marcus then she wouldn't go to jail. Vader and Hazel gushed when they realised they wanted the same things from life: marriage and kids. So, just to prove it, Vader got down on one knee to propose and Hazel was thrilled.
