Cormac was still trying to convince Jo to stay, but when she didn't change her mind he decided to go with her. Stevie took Dr Shar to see Scott, but was happy to discover that he'd already decided to go in for the operation. Alice accepted a job at the new surgery as a Counsellor.

Jo went to see Gina, unbeknownst to her mum it was to say goodbye. Della was showing signs of jealously over Billy's friendship with Alice. George was trying to convince the local residents that the drop-in centre was a bad idea, but nobody was listening to him. Gina threatened Heather about withholding any evidence that would help Jo. Kelly Marie stirred up trouble between Billy and Della.

Hazel put on a façade for Eileen about her friendship with Brian, but secretly was planning to get revenge. Scott found Jo and Cormac packing, but he couldn't convince them to stay. Jo's solictor called to say a witness had come forward, they'd seen a woman with red hair in Marcus' office before Jo. Gina knew exactly who it was, but as she went to tell Jo, she spotted her leaving in a car with Cormac.
